Bobby Lewis is the CEO of Lewis Cabinet Specialties. After interviewing his two brothers, Beau and Brady, Bobby brings his unique perspective about how he motivates his work force and drives amazing growth to their business. Bobby is passionate about many things, but mostly about people. He is driven to connect with the people that work for Lewis Cabinet Specialties and get to their ‘why’. This desire to connect with and grow people is the driving force behind their extreme success.
Bobby believes that as business owners, we must first look at why we are doing what we do. He truly believes that if you don’t put people first, ahead of profits, then you are going to have a hard time achieving success. Success is a relative term, but to the Lewis family, success is determined by how they treat and grow the people around them. Being successful in your relationships with others will lead to the financial success we also desire as business owners.
Lewis Cabinet Specialties has taken its philosophy to heart and hired a ‘dream manager’ who seeks to learn each employee’s ‘why’ and help put them on the path to achieving it. This is just one of the many reasons why Lewis Cabinet Specialties is one of the premier places to work in their area.
